We accept unused merchandise for credit or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not accept returns on items with opened or damaged packaging. Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days. If a product is defective, please notify us at contact@robbybobbyfishing.com within 30 days of purchase for replacement, refund, or credit.

Used merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Call 309-231-8723 for approval before returning used merchandise.

Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 10 days or the merchandise may not be replaced.

Note: Customer pays return postage unless item is defective or incorrect item was shipped. We can not accept used items unless defective.

We charge a flat rate to ship your order based on the size of the package required to contain the products you have ordered. Shipping can be seen at the final checkout online when you place your order. We will provide a tracking number to you for your order at the time of shipment for all USPS packages.
