At Robby Bobby™ Fishing, we understand how important it is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept unused merchandise for credit or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. To keep things fair for everyone, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Defective Items
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at contact@robbybobbyfishing.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Used Items
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
If you believe a used item is defective, please call 309‑231‑8723 for approval before sending it back.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days so we can take care of it right away. Damage reported after 10 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

we shipped the incorrect item
In those cases, we’ll cover the return cost.
